IAM is the owner of all rights related to the Shanghai Diamond League, an Athletics meeting at the highest international level of athletics. See also www.diamondleague.com. The first edition of the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix was organised in Shanghai on Saturday September 18 2005.

With a period of 5 years, the meeting in Shanghai became one of the best IAAF athletics meetings in the world.
